Roriz Bag
$455
The Roriz is a limited edition headband made from leather and burel: which originates from the Portuguese mountains, where wool is carded into a wick, twisted on the spinning wheel into thin wire and then handwoven into what we see commonly in throw rugs and coastal décor. The Roriz features a woven detail leather strap in vibrant candy colors, embroidered artwork and stone detail to the front, tassels and leather (seleiro: commonly used in saddlery) sides which is sourced locally. You will fit all of your necessities and then more, into the generously sized Roriz Bag, such as your cellphone, bottle of water, hair brush and A4 notebook or 13″ laptop.
Due to the custom order, the Roriz Bag is unavailable for return.

Garment Sustainability
You might first think that buying a woolen garment is ethical and great for the planet. Little do we realize that sheep and lambs are treated so poorly during the shearing process that they are inflicted with blade cuts that, left untreated, can become infected and cause premature death. Once milled, wool is oftentimes treated with chemicals. When buying a wool garment, ask about its origins and the production process. As consumers demand ethical standards, the industry responds. Plant-based dyes are more utilized in the coloring of woolen garments as brands consider their environmental impact. This garment uses wool sourced from the European continent and (minus its hardware) is biodegradable.
