The group was founded in 2017 as a mission-driven, fashion-tech platform. The evolution of ONE30M has it operating today as a multi-disciplinary creative agency that values environmental equity, human liberty, and inclusion.

Conscious Fashion Marketplace

After developing a broadcasting platform for shoppable entertainment, we began to engage brands to enable affiliate commission for film producers. It was necessary to build a digital marketplace where affiliate tracking could be enabled, and allow our AI to depict what products were placed in each imported film file. ONE30M was chosen as the title of our platform, an acronym that represents the 130 million women (ONE30M) who still lack access to education today. The marketplace was precariously curated, while each brand was assessed by its ethical principals and processes.

Fashion Loan System (SaaS)

After a decade in fashion showrooms and working with stylists and content creators, we saw the paper-trail and chaos of fashion loans. Our Imfluence App was designed as a central operating system to handle the loan process, with a user rating system, product tracking API, inventory API, and geo-tracking between users to allow for collaborations with brands and creators. Brands and showrooms select whether to enable affiliate codes and reward their stylists and creators with affiliate commission. B2B users agree to a license fee and sales commission, where proceeds are donated to our mission partners, and whereby stylists and content creators can measure their impact – how many months of education have been provided to young women within the month. The App allows users to post their Impact stats to further advocate gender equity in classrooms, and the need to address the education crises. 


Through the COVID pandemic, we saw the spike in travel interest and decided to explore regenerative travel… beyond the virus, how could we resume travel in a mindful way, just the same as we had been treating conscious fashion. Our mindful living magazine, ETHIQUE, meets Michelin Chefs, Hoteliers, Designers and Artists who explain what environmental equity and ethics mean to them. Our digital magazine connects stylist picks for each destination, with products from the ONE30M marketplace.



What we found lacking in Italy, Switzerland and France was a creator culture. MATERIALIZED is a member platform for content creators: photographers, models, art directors, editors, stylists. Members can post job listings to collaborate with fellow members (TFP), attend mixers to network and interact with innovative new products, and enroll in Master Classes to build new or refine existing skills. MATERIALIZED is our creative circle, a community that we founded to support the next Gen of marketers.
